Christmas is Coming

I love cold weather accessories, so I'm happy that the air is getting a little bit chillier and I can wear tights and long socks and boots. I also watched quite a bit of Gossip Girl on Netflix recently so this outfit could have been inspired by that :) I LOVE plaid and I paired it with my favorite black pleated skirt (which also has pockets!). And sparkly tights add a bit of a festive flair for the coming holidays.

GIANTS

Rocking my Giants gear in a way that's appropriate for work. It's the perfect outfit for when I have to work while the Giants are playing playoff baseball. And for days when I don't wear my Belt tee, there's always my giraffe bracelet (for Belt, the baby giraffe) and my orange bracelet, which I haven't taken off since the playoffs started (hey, it's not crazy if it works, right?)

Polka Dots and Stripes

I love mixing polka dots and stripes, they're two of my favorites. This sweater is also one of my favorites at the moment. I also wore my trusty gladiator sandals, which I pair with pretty much everything; they're great. This outfit is comfy and relaxed, but I can still wear it to work, which is great.

Summer in the Bay

While my mom (who takes a lot of my pictures) and I were taking pictures for this post, we didn't realize that my camera was on that effect where you can pick one color out and the rest will be black and white. So that's why some of the pictures only have the color red and orange in them. But I think it turned out kind of cool anyway. Also, it worked out that I wore the color that was picked out :)

I love rompers, but I rarely fit into them since I'm so tall, so I was pretty happy when I found this one at Forever 21. I got a size larger than I would normally wear so that I could get extra room. It also has adjustable straps that I loosened all the way. It made the top pretty big and blousy, but I just wore a bandeau under it and called it a day. I also paired it with my three favorite necklaces: a little giraffe, my name in blue, and my "I keep a close watch on this heart of mine" necklace. And of course a million bangles (I have a slight obsession with bracelets if you haven't noticed).

Pleats, Sneaks, and Holy Chic

I am really loving this pleated skirt from Banana Republic right now. I can dress it up or down, it can easily transition into colder weather with some tights and boots, and IT HAS POCKETS. I'm a sucker for anything with pockets. I also love these faux leather (cause I'm a vegetarian and don't do real leather) sneaks. They have a bit of a platform, which I don't need since I'm 5'11" without it, but whatever, I'm already a giant so what's another inch or so? And I really love this graphic tee from Old Navy. Basically this outfit has everything I love at the moment. Shop it below.
